Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Botlord Studio (https://zondiscounts.com) operated by Zon Discounts. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Botlord Studio is a creator operations tool for planning campaigns, generating video assets, managing upload queues, and publishing to platforms you connect — including YouTube when you authorize Google OAuth access. Features may change as we improve the product.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of workspace credentials and for all activity under your account.

When you connect third-party accounts (Google, YouTube, Drive, Dropbox, etc.), you represent that you have the right to connect those accounts and to publish content through them.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit your content solely to operate the features you request (for example: rendering a video, writing metadata, or uploading to YouTube).

You agree that you will not use Botlord Studio to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights (including copyright and trademark)
• Upload spam, malware, or misleading metadata
• Circumvent platform rate limits, quotas, or security controls
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the service

You are solely responsible for compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and applicable community guidelines for every video you publish.

The service integrates with third-party APIs and platforms (Google, YouTube, cloud storage, AI providers, and others). Your use of those services is subject to their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, quota limits, or account suspensions imposed by those platforms.

We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Beta or experimental features may be offered as-is.

If paid plans are offered, pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZON DISCOUNTS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zon Discounts from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable platform policies.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the service or comply with law. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (including limitations of liability and indemnity) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Zon Discounts's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at https://zondiscounts.com/terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
